1 I have a question about placing an order
1.1 How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order at 2LEGARE.com. Select your size on a product page and click on 'ADD TO CART' to add your product to your shopping cart. In your shopping cart you can check your selected items and continue to payments by clicking on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT'. In our checkout you easily fill in you billing and shipping information so you can finalize your order. 

1.2 What payment methods can I choose?

2LEGARE.com offers several payment methods. These are iDeal, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact/Mr.Cash and KBC. Soon, we will add an after pay method. 

1.3 Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only when we haven't processed it yet. Mostly, we process all shipments as soon as possible so we cannot alway cancel your order.

2 What can I do when I received the wrong item?
2.1 I received the wrong item. What now?

When you have received the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected]

Send us an email including a photo of the attached order confirmation. This form contains important information for us to investigate what went wrong. 

We ensure you that we will arrange a replacing shipment as soon as possible. 

3 How can I return my order?
3.1 How can I return my order?

You can return your ordered items within 14 days after delivery. You can only return unworn items in their original state including all labels and packaging. This also counts for sale items. You do have the opportunity to fit your items at home of course. 

When we conclude that an item is worn, damaged or washed we will not process the return. This also counts for items that miss their original packings and labels. 

To return your items, use the address found on the return form included in your package. Please ensure that the original order confirmation and a filled in return form in added to the package.

3.2 Can I exchange my ordered item for another size/color?

Yes, you can exchange your ordered items for another color or size. You can easily let us know by writing it down on the return form. When we still have the right products in stock, we will send your new size or color right away!

3.3 Do I have to pay for the return myself?

Costs for returning items to us are for you own account. We do strongly advise to send returns including a track & trace to ensure that we will receive the package. 

4 What is the delivery time?
4.1 What are the delivery times?

We currently provide to different shipping services:

Orders placed before 0:30pm are delivered the same evening (business days only).

Orders placed after 0:30pm are delivered tomorrow in the evening (business days only).

4.2 I was not at home when they attempted to deliver. What now?

2LEGARE.com collaborates with shipping partners. Missed the driver? They will do another attempt the next day. You will be informed by email with additional information. 

4.3 I have not received my shipment. What now?

When you haven't received your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will contact the shipper and start an investigation to clarify what went wrong and solve the issue. 

5 How can I pay for my order?
5.1 What payment methods does 2LEGARE.com provide?

We offer several payment methods. We do not apply any additional fees to our payment methods so they are all free to use. Payment methods we provide are: iDeal, credit card, PayPal and Bancontact/Mr.Cash. Soon we will add an after pay option.

5.2 Are my bank details secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed over a secured SSL-server. You can recognize this by the little lock icon at the top left corner before the address bar of you browser. =

5.3 How are the shipping costs?

In the Netherlands we apply a fixed amount of €4,95. Orders above €49,95 get free shipping.
